We disrupt the flow of blog posts for...

....a broken wireless gateway/modem.  Whatever that is.  All I know is that it was 3 months old and I have been on the phone with AT&T U-verse since Saturday.  (By the way, I can personally recommend www.gethuman.com as I have not had to press 1 for English or 2 for Hindi even once.) 

My eight phone calls have netted me 11 customer service conversations and two technician visits.  Today we are scheduled for technician #3.  If he doesn't bring a new box that makes my home phone and Internet work, he'd better bring earplugs and a check that covers every dime I've paid to this company.
